About

We built this because
we needed it ourselves.

InboxCheck started with a simple frustration: every time we wanted to verify an email, we had to leave the page, open another tool, paste the address, wait, copy the result, and go back. For one email. Multiply that by hundreds, and the workflow breaks completely.

The problem

Cold email tools tell you to "verify your list." So you export from Apollo, upload to a verification service, wait 20 minutes, download the CSV, re-import the clean list, and hope nothing changed in between.

That workflow made sense in 2015. It doesn't in 2026.

Our answer

Hover over any email on any webpage. Click "Verify." Get your answer in under a second. Green dot for safe. Amber for risky. Red for unsafe. No tab switching. No CSV dance. No wasted time.

InboxCheck is a Chrome extension that lives where you already work - LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, Gmail, or any page on the internet.

What we believe

Privacy First

Every email address is SHA-256 hashed before it touches our servers. We never store raw emails. Your contacts are your business.

Speed Over Everything

Verification happens at the edge, not in a data center thousands of miles away. Results in under a second, right where you work.

Honest Verdicts

We don't inflate results to look good. If an email is risky, we tell you. If we're not sure, we say so. No false confidence.

No Lock-in

No annual contracts required. No CSV uploads that trap your data. Cancel anytime. Uninstall anytime. Your data, your rules.

The company

InboxCheck is a product of Lanos Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India. We're a small, focused team that builds tools for people who send cold email for a living.

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers (edge compute), Supabase (database), and a proprietary email verification engine. Every verification result is cached locally for 30 days, so your second check of any email is instant and free.
