Verification shouldn't
break your workflow.
InboxCheck exists for the moment between finding a contact and sending a message. We built it for teams that prospect live, work across several tabs, and need a clean answer before a bad address damages the next campaign.
The problem
Traditional verification tools ask operators to step out of the moment. You export a list, upload a file, wait for a result, then move the cleaned data back into the system that actually matters. That works for batch hygiene. It is a poor fit for live prospecting.
When a rep is researching prospects one contact at a time, the best verification step is the one that shows up inside the work itself. That is the gap InboxCheck is built to close.
Our answer
Hover over any email inside LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, Gmail, or a company website. Click Verify. Get a verdict while the prospect is still on screen. The product is designed to keep context intact so a rep can decide whether to send, skip, or investigate further without breaking the workflow.
The technical depth sits behind the verdict. The user sees a clear answer. The harder work is in the checks, the routing, and the judgment behind what should be treated as safe, risky, or unsafe.
What we believe
Your contacts are yours
Every email address is SHA-256 hashed before it's stored. We never persist raw emails in our databases, never build shadow databases, never sell data. Your pipeline is your business.
Speed is a design decision
Sub-second verification is not a technical flex. It's a deliberate choice. Your workflow should never wait for ours. Results appear before you can switch tabs.
Honest verdicts
We don't inflate results to look good. If an email is risky, we tell you. If we're not sure, we say so. No false confidence.
Leave whenever you want
No annual contracts required. Cancel anytime. Uninstall anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into staying.
Built for the tools you already use
InboxCheck lives inside the platforms where you actually prospect. One extension, every workflow.
Who we are
InboxCheck is built by Lanos Technologies, a product studio in Mumbai, India, founded in 2025.
We're a small, independent team that builds software tools for people who work at speed. Tools that are fast, considered, and designed to disappear into your existing workflow rather than replace it.
We built InboxCheck because too much of the verification category still assumes the user wants to clean a file after the research is done. Our view is different. The best time to verify a contact is usually before it enters the list, not after.
We're bootstrapped, independent, and building for the long term. No venture funding, no growth-at-all-costs pressure. Just a team obsessed with making tools that are genuinely useful.
